Where the name comes from
A name inspired by quiet strength.
People often ask why we are called Kodo. The name is inspired by Kōdō Sawaki, a Japanese Sōtō Zen teacher known for a direct, practical approach and for placing practice before theory.
We do not use Zen as a marketing device. What stayed with us is simpler: remain calm in complexity, see the situation clearly and take the next useful step. That quiet strength still shapes how Kodo works with clients.

Before Kodo's current focus, Predrag spent years organising corporate hospitality, brand events and company gatherings in Prague. That practical experience still shapes how we work today: understand the purpose, connect the right people and take responsibility for the final detail.
