01 · Packaging EPR

For a typical small e-shop and one legal entity, the standard service is €250 per year excluding VAT, based on clear, complete packaging and Czech delivery records. We confirm the final price after reviewing your scope.

Kodo is registered with EKO-KOM as a Czech packaging EPR authorised representative. Under the agreed appointment, we handle registration, source-data checks, packaging calculations, quarterly reports and EKO-KOM communication within the agreed scope; you provide and confirm the source data.

The EKO-KOM system fee and material-based packaging charges are not included and are shown separately before you proceed. Establishing missing weights, physical weighing, extensive catalogue work, reconstruction of incomplete or historical records and integrations are quoted in advance when needed; SKU count alone does not trigger a surcharge.

We help you review a records issue, prepare information for an audit and identify how an incorrect report can be corrected under the applicable rules and deadlines.

We advise on the information, labels, instructions and documents to prepare for your products and online listings, and help identify the next steps.

Simple questions and small practical issues are handled free of charge. For a detailed records audit, reconstruction of historical data or preparation of corrections, we first agree the scope and price. Paid work starts only with your approval. Routine support for agreed EPR and WEEE services is included in those services.

Every project is priced according to its scope, complexity and required local coordination. Your proposal confirms the agreed result, deliverables, schedule and price before the work begins.

A smaller first task is welcome too: research potential customers, find distributors, prepare a sales proposal or adapt your product materials for Czech buyers. Czechia is our main market; we can also agree work in selected markets across Central Europe and the Balkans.

What the starting prices mean.

Are these fixed prices?

They are indicative starting prices for a clearly defined scope. Before work begins, you receive a written proposal with deliverables, timing and the final price.

Can we begin with a smaller project?

Yes. We can begin with focused market research, a customer or distributor search, one Czech landing page or preparation of a sales proposal. The first task has an agreed scope and price; cooperation can expand as useful.

How is buyer and distributor search priced?

We prepare a tailored proposal based on your products, target countries, customer types and the depth of company research and outreach. The proposal states whether it includes first contact, follow-up, meetings or support with commercial discussions. Czechia is our main market; selected Central European and Balkan markets can be included by agreement.

What is normally priced separately?

Advertising budgets, licences, hosting, domains, hardware, travel, API or model usage and external specialist services are separate unless your proposal explicitly includes them.

Can you help with Czech and EU requirements?

Yes. We can help identify and coordinate practical requirements around e-shop terms, privacy and GDPR, website consent, local presentation and customer communication. Where formal legal interpretation or drafting is required, we involve or recommend a qualified Czech specialist.
