What the standard check is not.
The service is not legal, tax, accounting, investment or forensic advice, and it is not a guarantee of future payment or performance.
Paid credit reports, legal review, interviews, reference calls and site visits are outside the standard scope and can be agreed separately.

On-site company verification
Kodo visits the agreed Czech office, shop, warehouse or other business location to confirm the company's presence, record permitted visual evidence and put your agreed questions to its representative. A concise visit note is added to the report.
The visit is arranged in advance. It is not an undercover investigation or a legal, financial, technical, safety or compliance audit, and access to non-public areas cannot be guaranteed.

Questions before requesting a check
The report is deliberately focused. These answers explain what it can establish and where further verification may still be needed.
Is this a credit score or a database extract?
No. The report is prepared for one commercial decision. It combines current official checks, original filed documents and relevant public evidence, then explains what the findings mean and what still needs to be verified.
Can you guarantee that a Czech company will pay or perform?
No. No public-record review can guarantee future payment or performance. The report helps you identify evidence, gaps and sensible conditions before you commit.
What if the company has not filed recent accounts?
The report states the gap clearly, explains what can and cannot be concluded, and proposes questions or documents to request directly from the company.
Can the report cover several Czech companies?
The standard fee covers one Czech legal entity and one proposed relationship. We can quote a separate scope for a shortlist or a more complex group structure.
Does the service include calls, references or a site visit?
Not in the standard scope. An agreed on-site company verification is available from EUR 490 excluding VAT, plus travel costs. It can confirm business presence, document permitted observations and put agreed questions to the company. Reference calls, paid credit reports and legal review are quoted separately.
Is the first request an order?
No. The form is a no-obligation request. Kodo first confirms that the case fits the service, along with the timing and price. Paid work starts only after you accept the scope.
