Czech packaging EPR: pricing and service scope
Kodo’s standard service for a typical small e-shop costs EUR 250 per year excluding VAT. We confirm the final price after a short review of your Czech sales, packaging and available records. Before signing, you know what is included and what you will pay.
The price covers one company and its agreed packaging EPR in Czechia. EKO-KOM fees are paid separately.

Kodo is registered with EKO-KOM as an authorised representative for packaging EPR in Czechia.
You work with Kodo on registration, quarterly reports and communication with EKO-KOM. Send us your company details and source records for packaging and Czech sales. We guide you through the process, prepare and submit the reports, and keep you informed about the next steps.
Representation for your company starts after a written appointment and completion of the applicable onboarding and agreement. You provide and confirm complete, accurate source data.

Routine initial setup is included. More extensive setup can be quoted as a one-off service; demanding recurring processing can have an individual annual price. We do not charge you for correcting errors caused by Kodo.
How we determine your price
The main factors are the number of actual packaging variants, the quality and completeness of data, the complexity of sales flows and the time needed for processing. We also consider delivery volumes and how often packaging changes.
The number of products, kilograms or marketplaces alone does not mean an automatic surcharge. Products with the same documented packaging can be calculated together. Records cover both product packaging and shipping packaging delivered to Czechia.
For a larger range or more complex operation, send an overview of the scope and a sample of your data for an initial assessment. We then confirm the price. Full records are assembled within the agreed cooperation scope.
What you provide and what Kodo prepares
You provide packaging materials and documented weights, their assignment to products or parcels, and quarterly Czech delivery records in an agreed spreadsheet or usable system export. Before submission, you confirm the accuracy of the source records.
Kodo checks the data, performs the agreed calculations, assigns reporting categories and prepares and submits the EKO-KOM report. You do not have to complete the official report yourself. If something is missing, we explain exactly what you need to add.
EKO-KOM fees and other services
Kodo’s fee excludes the annual EKO-KOM system fee and contributions for reported packaging. Those depend on current EKO-KOM rules, packaging types and reported quantities. We agree the payment procedure with you in advance.
WEEE, batteries, other countries and separate services such as technical documentation or packaging labelling have their own proposal.
We agree everything in advance
If the assessment identifies additional work, we explain its scope and offer a price. We start additional paid work only after your written approval. This also applies to later changes in the agreed service scope.
Portal registration is free and non-binding. It lets you share information and documents in one place. Registration alone creates neither paid cooperation nor EKO-KOM registration. We confirm the price and scope before concluding the agreement.
