A useful business proposal starts with understanding what a client needs. The information may include a product catalogue, a target country, a technical question or a practical task that needs local attention.
Kodo's client portal gives that discussion a shared place. Clients invited to the business-support area can describe the assignment, attach supporting material and follow the conversation with Kodo before agreeing paid work.
Business support in the Czech Republic starts with your brief
You might be a manufacturer looking for Czech customers or distributors. You might already have a potential partner and need help progressing a discussion. Or you may need local research, a meeting or another defined task.
The first step is to contact Kodo and describe the need. We can then assign access to the enquiries and business-support area and send an invitation to the portal.
You set your password and use the shared sign-in. Your account opens the area relevant to the access Kodo has assigned. A business-support enquiry does not require you to complete an EPR registration form.
A simple assignment instead of a finished project plan
The portal brief asks for the information needed to understand your request:
- what you need help with;
- what your company offers;
- the result you want to pursue;
- your preferred timing;
- relevant documents and supporting information.
A budget can be included if useful, but it is optional. You do not need to know the final project scope before asking for a proposal.
For a manufacturer, a product catalogue, technical specifications and a few relevant project references are useful starting material. Include the countries you want to focus on and whether you are seeking direct customers, distributors or another type of business partner.
Submit the enquiry, then follow the review
After submission, the portal shows that your enquiry is awaiting Kodo's review. Kodo receives a notification and can ask for additional information where needed.
This keeps the brief and the follow-up together. If an application needs clarification or a document is missing, the conversation can continue around the same enquiry rather than depend on separate versions of the assignment.
Submitting the brief is expressly non-binding. It gives us the information needed to assess the work and prepare a proposal.
Review the scope and price before deciding
Kodo can add a proposal describing the scope of work, the deliverables and the price. For buyer and distributor search, that may include company research, first contact, follow-up or support with commercial discussions.
The work should be understandable before you accept it. You can review what is included and discuss points that need clarification. Paid work begins after the assignment is agreed.
The pricing page offers starting prices for several services; product-specific customer and partner searches receive an individual proposal.
One sign-in, the services relevant to your company
The portal keeps enquiries and business support separate from the EPR forms, packaging information, documents and cases. A company can receive access to either area, or both when it needs both services.
For commercial work, Czechia remains Kodo's main market. Selected markets across Central Europe and the Balkans can be included by agreement.
Tell us about your products or local business need. We can discuss the first step and invite you to the relevant Kodo client area to prepare a non-binding enquiry.
