Bring one route, depot or charging site you know well. At e-SALON, you can ask vehicle suppliers, charging providers and operators to work through the same example.

An electric van can look right on the exhibition floor. What a fleet manager needs to know is how much it can carry on the usual route, where it will charge at the end of the shift and who will service it locally. In Letňany, you can explore those questions in the same visit. Renault Pro+ is bringing its electric Trafic to Hall 3, charging companies are exhibiting across the fair and the organiser has set aside Hall 7 for test drives. The eighth e-SALON runs 12–15 November 2026 at PVA EXPO PRAHA, Beranových 667, Prague 9–Letňany. ABF’s fair covers electric and other alternative-drive vehicles, charging, components and services. Thursday is the professional and invited-guest day and includes the Clean Mobility Conference. The fair opens to the general public from Friday. Fair overview · Visitor information

What to hear at the Clean Mobility Conference

ABF is organising the conference with EIT Urban Mobility. The Thursday programme in Congress Hall I follows the journey from making EVs and batteries to charging and running vehicles in cities. The six published panel times are local. EIT Urban Mobility event overview · Full agenda and speakers

TimePanelA question to bring
10:20–11:05EV manufacturing and Central Europe’s place in global competitionWhere do vehicle makers need regional suppliers or support?
11:30–12:15Batteries, repair and second useWho can assess a battery and take responsibility for its next use?
13:25–14:10Smart charging, grid limits and vehicle-to-gridHow can a depot manage several vehicles on the same electrical connection?
14:35–15:20Public charging and urban mobilityWho owns, operates and funds charging at the proposed location?
15:55–16:40Companies’ experience electrifying fleetsWhich operating assumptions changed once vehicles went into service?
16:45–17:30Electric delivery fleets and city logisticsHow do charging and driver schedules affect the routes that can be electrified?

For charging projects, the 13:25 panel lists speakers from Kempower and Last Mile Solutions. Vehicle-to-grid, often shortened to V2G, refers to using a compatible vehicle and charger to feed stored energy back to the grid. If your immediate problem is a limited depot connection, ask what scheduled charging can already do at the site and what equipment a V2G trial would require. Smart charging panel and speakers

For fleet operators, the 15:55 and 16:45 panels cover workplace charging and what happens when electric vans go into service on delivery routes. The final panel lists Go4 and Łukasiewicz – Poznań Institute of Technology, a relevant session for visitors comparing logistics operations across Central Europe. Thursday also has a separate Insurance Forum at the venue, with its own programme and ticket. Fleet and logistics panels · Insurance Forum

Exhibitors to put on your shortlist

  • Commercial vehicles — Renault Pro+ and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles. Renault has announced the Czech debut of the electric Trafic Van E-Tech in Hall 3. The fair’s preview also lists Volkswagen’s Multivan, Caddy and ID. Buzz Long. Use the displays to check loading access, vehicle layout and the support offered to fleet customers in Czechia. • Passenger cars — Škoda, Hyundai, Toyota and BYD. The organiser lists Škoda’s Epiq and Peaq, eight Toyota model premieres and BYD’s SHARK plug-in hybrid pickup ahead of its local launch. Hyundai’s exhibitor listing includes the IONIQ 3 and Staria Electric. A fleet buyer comparing these brands can ask which versions are due in Czechia, when orders open and which service centres can support them. Organiser’s vehicle preview · Exhibitor announcements
  • Charging equipment and software — SECTRON, OlifeEnergy, Chargee and ELEXIM. SECTRON and OlifeEnergy list their shared stand as A1–9. SECTRON plans to show its EMA charger management platform and NEXUS portable charger. The organiser also lists Chargee for workplace charging and ELEXIM for the MyBox station configurator and cloud service. If you already run chargers, bring their model names and ask suppliers to explain how they would connect them, assign usage to drivers and handle faults. Allow time for Hall 7. The organiser plans on-site test drives across multiple brands. Hyundai, for example, lists the Inster, IONIQ 3, Staria Electric and IONIQ 9 among its test vehicles. If a particular model is important to your visit, ask about availability, sign-up and driving licence requirements. The official catalogue and hall plan are the best places to confirm stand locations as the show approaches. Hall 7 and test drives · Hyundai test models · Exhibitor catalogue · Hall plan

For an early start, the conference ticket seller lists WE Hotel EXPO Prague next to the exhibition grounds and advertises a 20% accommodation discount for conference ticket holders using ABF2026, subject to the offer available when you book. If your trip includes meetings elsewhere in Prague, a hotel near a line C station keeps Letňany accessible while leaving more of the city within reach. Conference ticket and hotel offer

Turn the visit into a decision

If eight vans return to one depot at 18:00 and need to leave by 07:00, take that schedule to both a vehicle supplier and a charging provider. Add the daily distances, payloads and available site power. Ask what they would quote for the same operation, who would install and service it and what you could test with a small pilot.

If you are visiting to find a Czech partner, pick two or three stands and set out the role you need before you meet. A distributor, an installation partner and a service company solve different problems. Ask who would take responsibility for the first Czech installation, support it after commissioning and keep spare parts available. A short follow-up meeting around one site or customer gives both sides something concrete to work on.
