Planning to meet Czech distributors, compare automation suppliers or find a pilot partner? Choose the event that brings the right people together, then build the trip around those meetings.
From a retail congress in Prague to a rail exhibition in Ostrava and a manufacturing fair in Brno, Czechia offers several ways to meet the people who buy, distribute, install or operate a product. This calendar covers the rest of 2026 and all of 2027, including industry, technology, e-commerce, retail, marketing, startups and selected specialist sectors.
Dates below come from organisers and exhibition venues checked on 5 November 2026. A listed date means the organiser or venue has published it. It does not mean the full programme, exhibitor list or access arrangements are final. We group companion fairs and sessions where they are part of the same visit. Mixed fairs include public visitors; check for a trade day or book meetings directly if you are travelling for business.

Make the trip useful before you book
- Name the person or team you want to meet. For a machine supplier that might be a production engineer, integrator or service partner. For a consumer brand it may be a category buyer who can assess range, volumes and delivery terms.
- Check this edition's programme. Look for exhibitor lists, professional days, workshops and meetings that require a separate registration. Ask about language for the sessions you need and whether buyers or operators are attending.
- Leave room for meetings away from the venue. A site visit or a conversation with a local distributor may tell you more about installation, support or delivery than a day on the exhibition floor. For a Prague trip, see our airport transfer guide and winter flight guide.
- Agree on a next step. Send a short note after the event with what you discussed, who will act and when. For a Czech pilot, settle the local support and decision process before committing to a timetable.
Frequently asked questions
Which Czech event should a foreign company visit first?
Start with your buying or partnership question. MSV is a good starting point for industrial suppliers, Czech On-line Expo for e-commerce operations, and Retail Summit for retail contacts. A smaller specialist event may fit better if you can identify the people you need in advance.
Are all the events in English?
Language varies by event and often by session. Check the current programme and ask the organiser about interpretation if an important talk or meeting is in Czech.
Can I attend a trade day with a regular visitor ticket?
Access varies. Some trade days and meetings require professional registration or an invitation. Check the terms for the specific day, conference, workshop or matchmaking session before buying a ticket.
Where should I check for date or programme changes?
Use the linked organiser and venue pages. The BVV, PVA EXPO and České Budějovice calendars are useful for fair dates; conference sites usually publish the registration and session details separately.
Calendar checked on 5 November 2026. It covers publicly announced events with a practical business reason to attend. For further listings, see the BVV Brno 2027 calendar, PVA EXPO Prague calendar, České Budějovice exhibition calendar and CzechInvest events.
How Kodo can help with your business visit
If you are coming to Czechia to find customers, distributors or service partners, Kodo can help you prepare. Before the event, we can research relevant Czech companies and help you prepare a short introduction and meeting materials in English or Czech. If you are bringing industrial equipment to market, for example, we can help you distinguish the people who might buy it from the partners who could install and service it locally.
After the event, we can help you follow up in Czech and agree on the next step with the contacts you want to pursue. Contact Kodo with the event you are considering and what you want to achieve on the trip.
