The International Engineering Fair (MSV) takes place in Brno on 6–9 October 2026. For an international exhibitor, four days can bring many conversations with Czech manufacturers, distributors, integrators and potential customers. The harder work often starts when the fair closes: deciding which contacts fit your business, understanding what they can actually do and keeping the right conversations moving.
Kodo is based in the Czech Republic. We help international companies research the local market, identify business partners and prepare their first commercial steps here. For companies exhibiting at MSV 2026, we are offering a free initial check of one Czech company they meet at the fair. It is a simple way to decide whether that conversation deserves a closer look.
A free first check for one Czech fair contact
If you meet a potential Czech buyer, distributor, supplier or implementation partner at MSV, send us the company name or website through the Kodo portal, together with a sentence about the relationship you are considering. We will check its basic identity in publicly available Czech records and send you a short note in English: what we could confirm, what remains unclear and which questions may be worth asking next.
This initial check is free and creates no obligation. It is a limited first look, not a full assessment of the company’s finances, capacity or suitability for a contract. If you need a deeper review before extending credit, granting exclusivity or signing a distribution agreement, we can explain the scope and price of a separate Czech Partner Check.
What else we can help you work through
Find the right Czech contacts. Tell us what you make and whether you need buyers, distributors, installation or service partners, system integrators, suppliers or research partners. We can research relevant companies and prepare a focused list with reasons to approach each one.
Prepare local communication. We can help adapt your introduction, product explanation or follow-up message for Czech business contacts. The aim is to make the next step clear to the recipient, not simply translate a brochure.
Keep the right conversations moving. After a meeting, we can help organise the contacts, clarify what each party agreed to do next and prepare a practical follow-up plan. Where appropriate, we can support further outreach and local coordination under an agreed scope.
Assess the wider opportunity. If MSV is your first test of the Czech market, we can examine demand, competitors, possible routes to market and what your company would need to deliver locally. A fair conversation may lead to a focused pilot rather than an immediate launch.
Each assignment starts with a clear brief. The work, timing and price depend on the question and what can realistically be done within the available time. Please tell us if you need help while the fair is still running so we can confirm availability before you rely on it.
A useful first message to Kodo
For the free initial check, provide your company name, the Czech company’s name or website and a short description of where you met and what you discussed. Submit the request through the Kodo portal once your account has been invited. If you also need help finding Czech partners or following up after MSV, tell us what result you want to achieve.
