Build an MSV programme around the decisions you need to make. A relevant demonstration and a well-prepared meeting can be more useful than a full day of unrelated sessions.
For an international industrial or technology company, the fair can serve several purposes: assessing equipment, comparing suppliers, investigating integration or meeting potential Czech partners. Decide which purpose leads the visit before selecting presentations.
The official programme combines exhibitions, demonstrations and professional events. Read the conditions for each selected session, including language and registration, alongside the time and place.
Start with the halls that match your questions
The official MSV 2026 visitor guide provides the following useful anchors:
| Hall | A focus relevant to planning |
|---|---|
| F | Automation, measurement, Digital Factory 2.0 and Digi Stage |
| P | Machine tools, industrial robots and the Czech national exposition |
| A1 | 3DEXPO, surface technology and Kontakt-Kontrakt |
| A2 | Transport, logistics and Packaging Live |
| V | Materials, components, drives, hydraulics, foundry and welding |
Venue address: Brno Exhibition Centre, Výstaviště 405/1, 603 00 Brno, Czech Republic. This map marks the exhibition centre address. Use the official visitor guide linked above for individual halls and meeting rooms.

Check the current stand catalogue for the individual company and its location. This overview helps choose a starting area; it does not replace a specific meeting address.
For an automation purchase, prepare questions about the current process, interfaces, installation, service and evidence of performance. For partner development, start with the role you need in Czechia and the customers or applications the partner would serve.
Selected professional events to investigate
The BVV 2026 programme, checked on 2 October, lists:
| Date | Listed time | Event | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| 6 October | 13:00–14:00 | Smart Mobility and Living Lab Workshop | Hall P, room P3 |
| 7 October | 10:00–13:00 | Sensor to Satellite Future Connectivity Forum | Hall P, room P3 |
| 7 October | 14:00–16:00 | Dutch Business Matchmaking | Hall P, room P4 |
| 8 October | 09:00–14:00 | Robots in engineering | Hall P, room P1 |
This is a selection for further investigation. Check the linked organiser's page for admission, language and the current agenda. A listed session does not confirm a place for you or that its entire programme will be delivered in English.
The programme also identifies Digi Stage in Hall F and pre-arranged B2B meetings through Kontakt-Kontrakt. Use their organiser links to check the relevant slot, participation conditions and availability.
Registration is part of the plan
Some professional events have their own entry fee or registration; others are intended for invited guests. Our ticket and admission guide explains the published fair-entry conditions. Confirm your access before building the day's route around them. Leave time between a session and a meeting in another hall.
For a fixed conversation with a company, send a short reason for meeting and the questions you want to discuss. Include who will attend and whether technical, purchasing or management input is needed. That gives the other side a better chance to bring the right person. For partner-focused meetings, use our guide to finding Czech industrial partners to define the role you are looking for.
A working route through the day
Choose one main hall and a limited set of targets. Reserve your most important meeting first, then fit demonstrations and sessions around it. Keep a short note for each conversation:
- The application or commercial question discussed.
- The evidence or information still needed.
- The person responsible for the next step.
- The date for sending material or arranging another conversation.
Use the published exhibitor overview as a starting point for these questions. It does not establish which companies want a Czech representative, customer or distributor.
Choose a few sessions that will improve a real decision, confirm access and language, and preserve time for the people you came to meet. The useful outcome is a clear next step you can carry into the week after MSV.
How Kodo can help
Kodo helps international industrial and technology companies prepare the commercial and operational side of entering Czechia. We support early market validation, partner mapping, local positioning, English and Czech communication, web content and coordination of the first implementation steps. We can help turn a broad interest in the fair into a focused partner-research scope and a practical plan for the commercial follow-up.
For legal, tax, regulatory, certification and investment-incentive matters, companies should work with qualified specialists and the responsible authorities.
